Project Details:
Keene was concerned about page performance and wanted to make some general improvements while staying within a limited budget.
We identified that 50% of Keene's web traffic comes from desktop users so we focused our page optimizations for those devices. We identified areas for improvement and delivered a budget-conscious solution.
Deliverables:
- Optimize images for web
- Lazy load images below the fold
- Remove/replace external FontAwesome library
- Identify and remove any unnecessary 3rd party libraries and tracking scripts

We documented before/after page scores from Google PageSpeed Insights.
