We need 1–3 hours from key stakeholders in week one for discovery interviews, and your review at two structured design checkpoints. Beyond that, we run the process. We've designed the engagement to minimize the burden on your team while keeping you informed and in control.
We start with wireframes — low-fidelity layouts that establish hierarchy and content flow before we touch color or type. Once wireframes are approved, we move to full-fidelity Figma designs (desktop and mobile), built around your actual content, not lorem ipsum. You get two rounds of structured feedback. When designs are approved, we build. No surprises.
Most IDP website engagements run 12 weeks from kickoff to launch. Our four-phase process is designed to keep things moving — we set clear milestones, structured feedback rounds, and defined handoff points so nothing stalls. Complex projects with multiple stakeholders or large site architectures may run slightly longer, but we'll scope that accurately upfront.
Every engagement includes 30 days of post-launch support — bug fixes, content adjustments, and performance monitoring at no additional cost. We also offer ongoing retainer partnerships for clients who want continued design, development, and optimization support. Many of our clients move into a monthly retainer after launch to keep the site evolving.
