We built a dedicated Amplified microsite for Songtrust using HubSpot Memberships, smart content, HubDB tables, and a custom filterable benefits directory. Users see personalized offers based on their tier, can claim eligible perks, and get a fully branded membership experience across all system pages and emails. The microsite supports 45,000+ members and is easy for the Songtrust team to maintain.


A Scalable Membership Microsite for Songtrust

Songtrust launched Amplified to give members access to exclusive perks and partner offers. They needed a secure, personalized microsite that tied directly into their CRM and worked at scale. HubSpot Memberships was the perfect fit — with a lot of custom development on top.


Private Content + Personalized Access

Each user belongs to an Amplified tier mapped to HubSpot access groups.
The microsite automatically shows:

  • Offers available to the user’s tier.

  • Locked offers they can browse but not claim.

  • Personalized messages powered by CRM properties.
    This creates transparency while maintaining proper gating.


HubDB-Powered Offers + Dynamic Filtering

We structured all benefits in HubDB so the team can update offers without touching code.
Users can:

  • Filter by tier or offer type

  • Open modals to view details

  • Claim offers instantly (if eligible)

If they don’t have access, the claim button is disabled. Simple and clear.


Custom Membership System Pages

We rebuilt every membership template and email to match the Amplified brand, including:

  • Sign in

  • Registration

  • Password reset

  • Confirmation pages

  • Invitation + account emails

This removes the “default HubSpot” look and creates a polished, cohesive experience.
