Arctiq came to us with a new website design and an existing HubSpot infrastructure.
Our job was to turn the provided Figma designs into a flexible, responsive HubSpot website their marketing team could continue managing after launch.
The project included:
The result is a substantially updated digital experience without moving Arctiq away from the HubSpot platform and infrastructure they were already using.
Client: Arctiq
Platform: HubSpot Content Hub
Project: Website redesign development
Our Role: HubSpot development
Website: arctiq.com
For the redesign, Arctiq already had the new visual direction and Figma designs.
We handled the HubSpot development.
The goal was to translate those designs into a working system that looked and behaved like the designs while still being flexible enough for Arctiq's team to manage inside HubSpot.
This wasn't a platform migration.
Arctiq was already using HubSpot, so rather than replacing the underlying platform, we created a new theme and development system around their redesigned experience.
That included rebuilding global theme settings for typography, buttons, spacing and colors, along with creating a new responsive header, mega menu and footer.
We then used that foundation to develop the site's primary redesigned pages and reusable components.
One of the bigger considerations on a project like this is balancing design fidelity with editor usability.
It's relatively easy to hard-code a page until it matches Figma.
It's more difficult to reproduce the design while still giving the marketing team a practical system they can edit, duplicate and reuse.
Throughout development, we created and customized HubSpot modules for layouts that needed more control while simplifying areas where standard HubSpot or theme functionality was enough.
We also worked to keep styling contained within the appropriate modules rather than relying heavily on custom CSS classes added manually through the page editor.
That makes the system easier to understand and reduces the chance of future edits accidentally breaking the intended design.
A major part of the project was the redesigned Solutions Hub and supporting solution detail pages.
The overview page combines content, animated graphics, partner information, FAQs and interactive sections into a much more visual experience.
One of the more involved components was a scroll-driven services section. As the visitor moves through the section, the active portion of the visual changes while the corresponding content progresses alongside it.
For individual solution pages, we also developed a structure designed to be repeatable.
Rather than making every solution page a rigid one-off template, editable content areas were intentionally kept flexible while supporting elements such as sticky sidebar content.
That gives Arctiq a consistent visual system without making future pages unnecessarily difficult to create.
Animation was an important part of Arctiq's new visual direction.
The build incorporated a mix of:
The goal wasn't animation for the sake of animation.
It was to add enough motion to reinforce the new visual system and make the experience feel more dynamic without compromising usability or making routine HubSpot editing overly complicated.
Arctiq has a substantial amount of content spanning solutions, services, resources, partners and company information.
That makes the site's navigation more complex than a typical marketing website.
We developed a new global header and mega menu to organize that content into a clearer hierarchy while remaining responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile.
Because the header and footer were built as global HubSpot assets, Arctiq can manage those shared elements centrally instead of updating navigation page by page.
The redesign also needed to preserve the SEO value of the existing website.
As part of the rebuild, we accounted for existing page titles, meta descriptions, internal links and structured data where applicable while implementing technical SEO best practices on newly developed pages and templates.
We also incorporated structured data directly into applicable components, including breadcrumb schema on solution detail pages.
That matters because reusable SEO functionality is much easier to maintain when it's built into the system rather than treated as a post-launch checklist item.
The new site introduces a much darker, more technical visual system, stronger use of motion and imagery, and a clearer presentation of Arctiq's solutions and services.
Arctiq didn't need a different CMS. They needed their existing HubSpot website to support a very different digital experience.
By building a new theme and reusable module system around the supplied designs, we were able to bring the new Arctiq experience into HubSpot while keeping the site practical for the team responsible for maintaining it.
The finished site combines custom visual development, motion, reusable components and HubSpot's native editing tools into a system designed to support both the current redesign and future growth.
You don't need another agency redesigning work you've already approved.
If you have finished Figma designs but need an experienced HubSpot development team to turn them into a responsive, editable website, that's exactly the type of project we handle.
We work with internal marketing teams and agencies to build custom HubSpot websites, themes and modules around existing designs—without turning every future edit into a development project.
