What We Actively Manage Each Month

Every month, we actively monitor, maintain, and improve your site — even when nothing appears “broken.”

Ongoing Improvements & Development

  • Work through a standing backlog of site improvements and cleanup

  • Implement small fixes, enhancements, and light development work as needed

  • Make incremental UX or structural improvements when opportunities surface

Performance & Stability

  • Monitor site performance and fix regressions before they affect users

  • Audit recent site changes to catch breakage (forms, links, modules, layouts)

  • Identify and clean up technical debt that accumulates over time

Site Health & Search Visibility

  • Review Google Search Console for new errors, coverage issues, and indexing warnings

  • Address HubSpot SEO and technical scan items that impact site health and visibility

  • Review and maintain structured data (schema), adding or updating schema types as needed

Incoming Requests & Support

  • Handle incoming updates and changes as they come in

  • Prioritize work based on impact, urgency, and overall site health

The goal isn’t constant change — it’s a site that stays healthy, stable, and steadily improves over time.

Ongoing Support FAQ

You've got questions. We've got answers. If you don't find what you're looking for, reach out!

What does “site ownership” actually mean?

Site ownership means we actively monitor, maintain, and improve your HubSpot site without waiting for something to break or for you to submit perfectly scoped requests. We take responsibility for site health, performance, technical stability, and ongoing improvements so the site continues to move forward—not just stay online.

How does work get prioritized?

We maintain a standing backlog and prioritize work based on impact, urgency, and overall site health. Higher tiers allow for faster throughput, parallel initiatives, and larger bodies of work—but no one is tracking hours or trying to “use everything.” The focus is steady progress and meaningful improvements.

What kind of work is included?

We support the ongoing work required to keep a HubSpot site healthy and improving over time. This typically includes development work, fixes and enhancements, performance and SEO hygiene, structured improvements, and iterative UX or layout refinements.

The table above shows how ownership expands by tier and what areas we actively support.

Are there things that aren’t included?

Yes. Full site rebuilds, large one-off builds, and complex custom API integrations aren’t included in ongoing support plans. If something falls outside the scope of your plan, we’ll flag it early and either extend the timeline or recommend a separate flat-rate project.

How is this different from hourly support or ad-hoc requests?

Hourly support is reactive by nature—you bring a task, it gets estimated, scoped, and billed.
This model is different. We already understand your site, maintain context, and proactively identify improvements. That removes friction, speeds up execution, and avoids constant re-scoping.
